I like the efficiency and endless supply of hot water. Like other hot water products the only negative is waiting for the water line to clear of cold water to clear before getting hot water. This happens for any system unless a homeowner adds a recirculation pump with a timer etc. Those additions with the extra cost are to me not worth it. Pros It flushes on its own which is super convenient The heated seat is amazing especially in the colder months The bidet feature is a game changer Warm water makes it feel comfortable and not shocking at all Cons The mounting brackets were too big for the hole on the bottom of our toilet. My husband had to modify them to make everything fit properly. Overall Once installed it works great and feels like a huge upgrade to our bathroom.
