Good design and product quality, easy to install since it replaces a Clean Touch model so plumbing already connected and a no fault ground plug already wired in. Twenty five minutes to install. I did add a shower style water filter since I have hard water and with no filter it would clog up and destroy the bidet water heating element. Why didn’t I do this sooner Love this bidet seat. That being said, I was able to install an electric outlet myself, but for our newer built home the plumbing was an issue. This is hands down the most comfortable couch I have ever owned. I was always against getting a recliner, but this couch changed everything. When not in a reclining position, the couch doesnt look like a recliner at all. The buttons are tucked underneath the cushions so you dont even see them.
