I ordered this for my home office after looking at hundreds of recliners online. I wanted heat and massage, zero gravity, a drink holder, and options for charging my phone and tablet. This dryer is awesome. It seems like it takes longer than a normal dryer, but it really doesn't. We don't have to run it 3 times to dry towels. It can fit a lot of towels. It can dry our king size comforter with ease. It uses about 1/4 the power of our old normal dryer. It also is really good at removing pet hair from clothes. I took away a star (probably should have been two) because the directions and design are terrible. Connecting the power cords were self-explanatory, but the way the left and right pieces connect together was a huge miss and overkill. and the directions were even worse. Surely you could have done a better job at writing some simple directions or with the connection design. I have put pieces like this together with my eyes closed, but following these directions, the bolts were upside down, and I had to take everything apart and start over. My husband loves his but was too large for me. Went to local store to look at chairs. Found a Lazy boy chair I had seen on Wayfair. Price at Wayfair was less than local store with free delivery. Local store was charging $150.00 for delivery. Plus, Wayfair gave a discount to cover the cost of pickup, package and delivery for the returned chair.
