Getting each piece electrical to connect to the next one was a time consuming challenge I didn’t expect. I didn’t expect to have to do this with ‘full service’. The delivery company assigned to my area (NE Iowa) is AWFUL. After being rescheduled 4x, we FINALLY received it, only to have the delivery men just unload the boxes into our garage. Love that you can remove the slip cushions but the attachments that put them together are terrible and it wasn’t easy trying to put them together. I’ve had this couch for a few weeks now and honestly, I really like it. It’s super comfortable and the leather feels really soft—like smooth and almost buttery, which I wasn’t expecting. It definitely looks and feels more expensive than it is. One thing I love is how the reclining works. When you recline the seat back, it doesn't take up more space behind the couch. That was a big plus for me. My only complaint is where they put the buttons to recline. They’re tucked between the seats, and there’s a small gap there to reach them. It works, but I’ve already noticed it’s really easy for things (like your phone or crumbs) to slip into that gap, which is kind of annoying. Overall though, I’m happy with it. I love them. They are really well stuffed. They seem firm right now but once they’ve been used a bit that will soften. I’m relieved that I won’t have chairs where the seat has bottomed out in a couple years. Each chair easily fits 2 people. Electronic controls are great. Lots of room for legs without hanging over.
