This was a great upgrade from my old extremely outdated vented range. It was on back order so I had to wait 3 weeks before it arrived. Once I had it installed I turned it on and the fan was not working. After moving it around and slightly pushing it in it worked just fine. We LOVE the new range hood! We went from an old fashioned white slanted range hood with the buttons on front to this which is so sleek. After installed you hardly even see it there with the controls all hidden underneath the cabinets! The fan has four speeds all are so quiet! We could barely hear the TV in the next room when the old exhaust fan was running, so this makes the purchase worthwhile in itself. As always, the package came wrapped professionally and in great order when unpacked. Removing the old and installing the new too about 2 1/2 hours with just one son-in-law on the project.. Sandy.
