this is a handy little gadget that works well! It came fully charged and we were able to put it on right away. I only wish it came with an adapter to use on other items (like if we went camping, I could bring it to use) but for the purpose of not having a wire to trip over (which has happened- hence the purchase) it is GREAT!.
