It works entirely below the surface, won’t change the look or color of the substrate, and won’t leave a surface film. By reducing surface water absorption, cracking, spalling, pitting, mold, mildew, algae, staining, and other damage and deterioration caused by surface water absorption will also be reduced.

I’ve got a fairly long and steep concrete driveway that is starting to show its age a little bit. There has been some minor cracking from the freeze-thaw cycle each winter. I decided to try the Armour SX5000 water-based sealant to see if it would improve the situation. I have delayed writing this review for a bit as I wanted to driveway to go through at least one winter season. I first pressure washed the entire driveway surface which is pretty time consuming. I then applied the Armour sealant with a manual pump sprayer. This part went fairly quickly. The trick is to get the sealant covering the driveway well, but not so much as to create puddles that aren’t absorbed. I made sure there was no rain in the forecast for a couple of days. Initially, I did half of the driveway first and the first day that it rained the difference on the two sides was very noticeable. Water on the coated side was beading and running off and on the other side it was being absorbed into the concrete. My sincere apologies for the late review for this amazing grill. I’ve been trying to get this in for 2 weeks with problems with photos and a tree falling in my backyard. I had photos from my old phone that did not transfer over no matter what I tried. Then a 40’ maple toppled over in my yard during a crazy unexpected storm. Please excuse the fact I didn’t take out the grates to clean fully. This grill works like a dream and is pleasing to the eyes. I’ll have to admit it was time consuming to assemble, but so worth its top end performance and even cooking from 4 burners! There is ample room for cooking several steaks with enough room to add some corn on the cob or burgers hotdogs, baked potatoes … you name it. I can easily cook dinner for 6 to 10 people on this grill all at once. This grill came quickly and was very professionally packaged and handled. As I mentioned, it was difficult assembling mainly due to the instructions. I had to break it up over a weekend to complete the job. Regardless, I rate it five stars.. Leslie. Quakertown, PA.
