This is probably the most impressive piece of gym equipment I’ve ever used. It has every workout any person could ever want and it’s fully modular. I love my mount it. I placed it behind my tv unit that I am building and I can connect my tv and have all the cables out of sight. My original plug was way out of the way. We chose to screw these into the wall because small holes are easier to fix than tape damage if we choose to remove these someday.
