Oh my! Everything about this mirror was a great surprise. First, it really lights up, and even has THREE choices for the light! I've had another "lighting" mirror that barely sheds any light on my face and I've stopped trying to use the lighted part. Plus it takes up another plug. This mirror needs to be charged from time to time, but doesn't have the plug taking up an outlet. It also folds up so I can take it FLAT in a suitcase with me when I travel AND came with a lovely, soft bag to store it in to protect it. You can switch from regular to close up viewing by simply rotating the stand from one side to the other, and it looks pretty sturdy to me, so I'm not afraid overuse will cause it to snap or rust up or anything. This chair fits the bill. It was easy to snap together to assemble. Small enough to easily drive through the halls of my senior living complex.
