This review is for the mahogany 19.7" x 28" x 16.3" version of the product. The size of the platform is perfect for my 1 extra wide monitor. The standing height is sufficient for me (I am 5' 7" tall). The height is also just barely sufficient for my husband (who is 6' 3" tall), it would probably be a bit short for anyone who is taller than that (depending on the height of their desk off the ground to begin with). Our mini air conditioner fan is suitable for indoor and outdoor; using it during sleeping; sporting; recreation; picnic; and camping.

I'm overall happy with the cooling power of the fan though you definitely get what you pay for here. The paper filter definitely has a wet paper smell during the first use but that goes away. I added some essential oil to the water and now it smells great every time. Overall it's functional and easy to use, clean, and store when you don't need it. Only true downside, it isn't as quiet on the whisper low setting as I was expecting. It's not terrible, but it is noticeable if it's as closely by you as instructed for optimal cooling.. Bridget.
