I have this put together but have not used. Getting it charged. I use it for our in ground pool for corners and steps. The robots do a great job cleaning overall but I want it to be perfect. Be prepared for assembly. You'll need the following: spray dish soap for lubrication, a rubber mallet and a phillips-head screwdriver. Fortunately, it's only four screws, the rest is like putting together a Lego set. It just takes some serious pounding with the rubber mallet to get the pieces to go together, and I mean serious pounding. Just fair warning. The dish soap helps to get things going. We got the 150,000BTU heat pump. A little overkill for our 18x33’ pool but I didn’t want to take any chances as our last heater (different brand) had a hard time keeping up. Now we are waiting for our electrician to run a 220 line. He looked over the heat pump and had favorable things to say. Will update my review once it has electricity. The drain valve attaches to a garden hose so you can drain the water away from the pool. Hook the surface skimmer over the wall of the pool, right near its suction inlet. Right after it attaches to the filter pump it will start cleaning away. It has an adjustable mounting bracket so it can moved to be match the pool surface's water line.
