Be prepared for assembly. You'll need the following: spray dish soap for lubrication, a rubber mallet and a phillips-head screwdriver. Fortunately, it's only four screws, the rest is like putting together a Lego set. It just takes some serious pounding with the rubber mallet to get the pieces to go together, and I mean serious pounding. Just fair warning. The dish soap helps to get things going. Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). Love our new table! We moved into a house with space for a table and decided to get this 7 footer. It came in one super heavy package, so have a plan on how to get it inside. Once inside it took a few hours to build by myself, and I had a small pro with a damaged part but Wayfair took care of it right away. Once built, this table is solid and plays great. Delivered on time. Shipping partner was supposed to call ahead so we didnt have a 300 pound box on our porch, but that isnt a fault of wayfair. Will update when we open the box and inspect the poo. Well.... we installed the pool (not east without like 6 people). Not as the greatest quality parts to put it together. Pump as already gone bad after 6 weeks of use. This easy assembly 2 step gray pool ladder is not really that easy to assemble the instructions are not 100 clear but its double. Its a good looking poolhot tub ladder very steady and very strong.
