Absolutely terrible support! Fully charged battery lasts less than 5 minutes on first day of use. Used voltmeter after fully charging to verify battery was failed. Contacted support for replacement battery. I have been going back and forth with them for over 2 months. They finally agreed to send a new battery. I STILL have not received the replacement battery despite multiple follow ups on status. I purchased and installed my own battery and runs great. Ride On overall is good - their support/warranty is non-existent. Plan on fixing any issues on your own. I highly recommend looking at a different brand and would not purchase again.. Jacobi. Kids stroller wagon, with 4 adjustable five-point harnesses, can easily accommodate 4 little passengers.
