Don’t freak out if the box it comes in has the wrong dimensions printed on it. The one I got said 10x10, but I ordered 10x12. I had to Google it, and I read that as long as the stickers with the QR code says 10x12, it’s probably going to be the right size. They just use the same box for multiple sizes. The color was true to the photos, on the site. The fabric is a good weight, and quality. The only thing that would make it better, is if there was more velcro on the tie backs, so it would be more adjustable. I had to leave it loose. Also, some thin ties at the bottom would have been nice, to help keep it from lifting as much, when it’s really windy, and raining. It rained after installation, and the water did bead up on the fabric, so it is water resistant, like they say in the description. Over all, it is a quality product! If you have a black backdrop for the curtains like I do (and not a warm wood), I highly recommend the Ivory colored curtains instead. However, these Ivory curtains have a LOT of little threads hanging out all over, so I'm not sure how they'll hold up to the elements. I hope they're everything they advertise they are! ORIGINAL REVIEW: OK, so I'm giving these white outdoor curtains a 4 star because I returned them since the color is STARK WHITE (like cold white) and looked TERRIBLE contrasted against my black birdcage pergola. BUT, to review the product itself is it felt nice quality and I liked the addition of the velcro on the hanging straps because you could extend these even lower if needed. But these aren't as sheer as the pictures make them look, they are much more opaque, hence why the starkness of the white didn't work as expected.
