I just love my new cooktop. The design makes it really easy to clean. In terms of performance, I noticed that cook times are a little bit shorter. The gas dial has a wide range, so I can go from very low to high flame. Also having an additional burner is great. I can have multiple meals going at the same time. This review is on the delivery experience not the machine. The delivery team was polite, but the experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. It took roughly 1.5 hours to install a washer and pedestal because they were not familiar with how the pedestal installs. Despite clear issues during setup and their reluctance to take guidance, I ultimately had to determine the correct installation steps myself just to get the job finished. After they left, the washer repeatedly threw an error, which took additional time to troubleshoot only to discover that they had failed to turn the water supply valves on. This added to an already unnecessarily long and difficult process. To make matters worse, their driving on the property was reckless. They drove at an unsafe speed on the driveway and nearly caused a head-on collision with a vehicle exiting the property. Picking a stove was a major consideration and dilemma for me during my kitchen renovation. After finally settling on this Paramount duel fuel, I am very glad I went with it! It’s really beautiful and so far, has worked flawlessly. Nice flames, easy to adjust (I made the switch to gas from electric and I am so pleased!). The oven has been spot on with temp with no real learning curve. Love the simple and basic controls, no frills with the exception of style and lovely slide-out racks! Minus one star for being a little bulkysticking out farther than many (although i knew this at purchase) and also for some loud popscreaksgroans when oven coming to temp.
