The coop is quite large, but a pretty simple build. Simple enough that I was able to do as a project with my little ones. We were worried about the coop in the Louisiana weather, but the PVC roof is large enough and pitched correctly to keep water off the sides and out of the coop. Great product! I am currently dealing with some issues with my back and I am unable to assemble it at this time I will update this review once I have gotten it put together 52026 UPDATE I finally hired a contractor to put the coop together and at first it seemed a bit flimsy just at the joints but once the wire was completely attached and the shades put on it is nice and sturdy. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. It took longer to put together than I thought, but it’s perfect. My daughters and I are ecstatic! As for the little critters…. They seems very pleased so far. The chicken wire came with a hole in it, which we patched right up. Easy peasy. The directions were wonky. Everything is self explanatory except the hardware for lock. One tiny picture to show at one angle. And last the stakes to secure it are very flimsy, made me laugh. If you live in the PNW you’re going to want to get better ones to hold it down.
