This product came exactly as described and it was packaged well, including installation directions. We have a semi-pocket style, sliding barn door that we access going in and out of our laundry room area. So the front side of the door has a traditional pull handle, but the back side needed to be able to slide into the casing of the door requiring a flush, flat door handle.
