I bought the 11". I have used BergHOFF exclusively for 12 years. The only difference is I previously bought the BergHOFF Eurocast, from a another retailer. I even contacted BergHOFF by email, asked them if the ferno-green (ceramic), was the same. BergHOFF Eurocast has a shiny finish on top of the inner pan coating. Berghoff assured me it was in fact the same. Time will tell, 4 of my frying pans are the only ones that wore out after 10 years. Been putting off buying new ones until I found them on Wayfair. After 12 years of use, my 12 1/2 inch WOK and 1 other 12 1/2 inch frying pan plus 2 others, still look brand new. One point I will make is I have Parrots, last 30 years, this is one of the only type pan if accidentally overheated will not kill them. Teflon type pans when new or overheated , the fumes will kill any Parrot/bird you have living in your home. This set are amazing they heat up even and quickly on my induction stove. Love the weight and the clean up is nice. Just make sure to let the pans cool down before cleaning . Excellent pan. Unlike many other pans this one has the aluminum all the way up the sides rather than just on the bottom.
