This set are amazing they heat up even and quickly on my induction stove. Love the weight and the clean up is nice. Just make sure to let the pans cool down before cleaning . Perfect! These match my set exactly and are just what I want. I had a set of flatware but the knives had thick hollow handles. When I got a few new pieces to add to my set the knives were slightly serrated with flatter handles which is much nicer. Now I wanted to replace the other knives with the ones with the flatter handles. These have those handles and the serrated blades. The design is exactly the same as the old ones.
