It seats three adults comfortably side-by-side, although the back is just a little low, so you end up almost reclining. The cup holders pop out easily, but hold drinks well, and the arms of the couch are also firm enough to balance a cup of coffee. The fabric is soooo soft and plush! This would be a great bed for overnight guests, sleeping two adults comfortably, or as a handy extra bed for kids sleepovers! It’s one piece so there isn’t a possibility of them sliding apart. Another question was if there is enough back support. I think so.
