For the price of $809 and free shipping this was worth it for me. Having said that, there are issues. The ash drops through a chute BEHIND and underneath the unit. I have not figured out what can be put back there to collect ashes. It will have to be a wide short metal bucket of some type. I think this should have been mentioned and provided or be for optional order. Then there is the ridiculous excuse for an owners/instruction manual. How hard would it have been to expand that just a little...for instance...I do not know what the lever in front underneath the firebox is for...I assume for dropping ash.......then there is the problem of .....is the back position closing up the ash drop, or is the forward position that causes ash to drop? The unit was built in November of 2025 and arrived Dec 15, 2025 but all that notes that on the metal sheet from the back is a dimple in a box, and for the model number. I might have bought a different make of wood stove had I known all the above for $100 more plus the separate purchase of a blower....and all of them seemed to be out of stock. With three rows of burners you get 33% more flames than other burners. Our 14 inch deep flat pan provides a stable base for your burner. With a 1/2 inch hub on both ends allowing you to connect from either side.Please note that your incoming gas line size needs to be matched to the size of burner you want. There are many different ways to build your fire pit one way is to lay a base of lava rock and place our burner pan directly on top of the lava rocks. Now either place more lava rocks over the top of the pan or for the most incredible fire display pour Dreffco fire glass crystals over the top of the burner covering it by 1-2 inches of glass. We strongly recommend that all gas products be installed and serviced by professionals that have been certified by the NFI or WETT.
