I purchased this the first one had broken bricks they sent out a replacement one and that one was terrible It had broken bricks and the seal around the door was off . We’ve had several wood stove kettles. What we liked about this one is the vents in the lid which allow for more steam to be released. One inconvenient feature is that the knob on the lid is very small. When the kettle is hot, you need to use a glove to lift the lid. It’s difficult to grasp the knob with a bulky fireplace glove.
