A quick vacuum to remove some packing dust, and it was ready to go. I anchored it in place with backing and carpet tape, also from Wayfair. It has a nice deep pile that feels wonderful on my bare feet. It matches well with my furniture. It seems well-made, so I look for this to be a good investment that will last for a long time.. Laura.
