The silver plated notepad holder is a very nice piece and will work well for my desk. I am giving 4 stars because the black faux felt material on the bottom and in the inside of the pad is a powdery material that is coming off. When received, there was black powder everywhere and it keeps coming off. Ideally a real piece of felt on the bottom and inside would have been better.
