I was really picky about my handles for my new kitchen cabinets. This tile is incredible! It arrived with no breaks, but it did have some chips on a few tiles. My installer said no big deal & he would use those for cuts. If they use US Pack Home to deliver to your area, be prepared for anything but good service. I conveyed all of this to Wayfair & to corporate with US Pack Home, so hopefully no other customer goes through all of the frustration that I did. The way I was treated by the freight company was totally unacceptable. I appreciate how Wayfair stepped in and contacted the freight company's corporate office.
