I had an issue which was resolved with one conversation - they replaced my set. Come to find out, the problem was because the window was reflecting onto the cushions, causing a burn, even with 68* weather. The denim blue gets very hot in the sun. I had missed that part of the day the sun reflected and burned the cushion definitely is not a manufacturing issue - just be mindful because the material melts in one sitting in the wrong spot.
