This toilet and washlet combo is exactly what I needed. Initially there was an issue with the wrong (S2) washlet being sent to me, but customer service fixed the issue S5 washlet was sent to me. Both the toilet and washlet work great! When planning to install these make sure you have a GFCI outlet installed to plug into and if possible run on its own circuit. Great product and excellent price. I shopped around for different underlayment and I found this at the best price for the quality. It was easy to roll out, measure and cut. We redid our entire first floor with LVP and this did a great job reducing the noise.
