It's exactly what my wife wanted, and she's happy with it. For installation, the gas line and the electrical wire have to share a very small space at the bottom in the back. Advice: Don't try to use a gas line that's longer than 36" (1m). Both a 3-prong and a 4-prong electrical wire were included. draw backs: swivel only rotates not even 50 degrees-160 would have been nicer. Also I thought it was a pop up drain. The ones sent were not. Typically, they do not hold up as well and harder to replace. Pros: shiny, heavy solid metal. Puts a newer look to an outdated brushed nickel or brushed chrome. The existing vanity was bought at big box store which included two very cheap looking faucets. Now to update the cabinet hardware! Plumber said install was easy plus the cabinet was not in place against wall so he could get to it from the back of the cabinet vs a switch install. The gas range is very powerful, the iron grill is sturdy and offers a flat top (no pot or pan wiggling!) for the entire range. This feature is helpful in a small kitchen with limited counter space. Other reviewers are correct when saying the temperature dial needs to be set above the needed temp to get a correct preheat. Remedy with a hanging oven thermometer. Do not, I repeat, Do not get the ‘GE Installation’ service with this appliance. Even if you buy an installation kit. The technician will come in, excuse in hand, and will tell you that any dust, or light green on the gas pipe disallows them to service the installation. (When plumbers test for gas leaks upon installation they spray a little water on the line, leading to a light green) Be ready with your own plumber on the day of delivery.
