This is a Victorian design 1 light, Tiffany-style ceiling pendant that would be a perfect fit over a foyer, over a dining table, and in the hallway! The shade is hand-crafted, using the same methods developed by Louis Comfort Tiffany in the early 1900s. This process entails using 136 hand-cut stained art glass pieces and 22 glass beads, each wrapped in fine copper foil and soldered together at extremely high temperatures to form each unique piece. This is such a classy chrome and ridged glass pendant light. I chose it because this metal is so upscale and glamorous. I also like that it is adjustable not only as shown, but there is also a smaller approximately 2 inch drop that you can use to suspend it from the ceiling and not drop down much at all as well as a longer pole included in the package where it can be dropped down for a cathedral ceiling. These lights are beautiful! They come with PLENTY of black wire to hang at your desired length. We have quite the party room with a cathedral ceiling. We were able to hang all of them at the length we needed with plenty of wire left over. The colors are beautiful. We purchased one of each color.
