The majority of the fill (about 90% of the total fill weight) is the goose feather, which is in the center chamber. The feather core provides great, resilient support due to the feather quills. The outer chambers are filled with 575 loft goose down, which creates a soft buffer against the feather. Medium support is a moderately filled, fairly supportive pillow that works well for the front, back, side, and combination sleepers - it's a crowd-pleaser!

Upon opening plastic bags they were in, they quickly expanded and by the next day with a little fluffing they were perfect.
