The outer chambers are filled with 575 loft goose down, which creates a soft buffer against the feather. Medium support is a moderately filled, fairly supportive pillow that works well for the front, back, side, and combination sleepers - it's a crowd-pleaser!

I did not know that Claritin made pillows, but I have allergies most of the year, so I thought this was a great pillow to try. It has lots of filling and very comfortable. When you lay on it the pillow sinks down some, but it inflates back again very quickly. The pillow fluffs up quicker than I have ever seen. It's especially nice for side sleepers because the other side will fluff up while you're laying on one side, then it is ready when you roll over. It's a great pillow with a good feel. This plush, soft pillow is made with microfiber fill, a high quality polyester designed to mimic the properties of down. Microfiber traps less air than down and is a tad denser, so it does provide a bit more support than natural down. One benefit of a synthetic pillow is that it can be machine washed at home, given your machine is quite large and you wash/dry on a low heat setting. Natural down and feather are sensitive to moisture, but polyester is not!
