I purchased this couch and both boxes came damaged and parts that were in the box were damaged as well. I did reach out to Wayfair and they immediately made it right by offering me a discount because of this. I also had some missing screws/bolts and had to go to the hardware store to finish making the couches. It is not the easiest thing to put together, but once you figure it out, it straightforward. The video that’s on. The instructions also helps. It’s a very cute looking couch and surprisingly is very comfortable! I was a little worried when I saw the cushions but it is very comfy. I overall enjoy it as well as the look of it! It is very sturdy. To make the couch bigger I put the other two chairs together with this couch to make it longer, however, I am able to make them either individual chairs or a loveseat. They’d also do come with hooks if that’s the right word to connect the couches underneath so they do not split apart! He did mention that the quality wasn't the best and that assembly took a little extra work compared to higher-end furniture. That said, once it was put together, it looked great and has held up well. What I love most is how well it fits a smaller patio. The pull-out ottomans are a wonderful feature, and the set creates a cozy space to relax with a cup of coffee, read a book, or simply enjoy the outdoors. The color is more khaki than beige, wasn’t stoked on that. Pretty easy to put together, just time consuming. It’s a solid little set, lower to the ground than I thought. Cushions aren’t very plush but they are ok. Nothing to hold the back cushions on so they just fall over in the wind. Seems like it will last decently.
