Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. Gerber isnt as well-known a brand as some others, but when I was shopping for fixtures for a full bathroom, it was carried by a local, highly-respected plumbing supply store, and I wound up choosing them for their design. The faucet adapter Kit includes a snap-on snap-off 2-part faucet adapter and a Y-connector. Part A of the faucet adapter easily connects to a single sink faucet and can remain connected. Part B connects to Part A and to the Y-connector. The 2 split ends of the Y-connector allow connection to hot water and cold water hoses which attach to the washing machine. The snap-on snap-off feature of the faucet adapter allows for a quick one-step process to connect the water supply from the sink faucet to the washing machine. Once the washing machine has completed the laundry cycle, Part B along with Y-connector and hoses can be easily snapped off and removed from the sink faucet. Part A remains on the faucet for use when it’s the next time to use the washing machine.

I've seen these newer afwalls being used hundreds of times since being introduced in 2008, and they have been nothing but really reliable and sensory-friendly for people on the spectrum. Unfortunately, there's a vocal group of haters on the internet who do not like this generation of afwall, but pay them no mind. The bowl of this toilet is deep enough compared to the older model that felt too shallow, like I was sitting on a clogged toilet. The new model, also, avoids siphoning out unnecessarily when you flush it, unlike the previous model that can do so unexpectedly and unnerve some people. My 20-year old shower was leaking out the shower head even after replacing the mixer cap (rotating valve). Then I bought this, the pressure balancing unit (PBU) and after replacing both, there are no leaks and it works better than new. Kohler will say that this PBU is not the solution to a leaky shower head, but it was for me. Watch the Kohler installation video and buy both this PBU and the temperature regulator and you will be good as new. The parts change out quickly and easily with simple tools.
