By reducing surface water absorption, cracking, spalling, pitting, mold, mildew, algae, staining, and other damage and deterioration caused by surface water absorption will also be reduced.

I’ve got a fairly long and steep concrete driveway that is starting to show its age a little bit. There has been some minor cracking from the freeze-thaw cycle each winter. I decided to try the Armour SX5000 water-based sealant to see if it would improve the situation. I have delayed writing this review for a bit as I wanted to driveway to go through at least one winter season. I first pressure washed the entire driveway surface which is pretty time consuming. I then applied the Armour sealant with a manual pump sprayer. This part went fairly quickly. The trick is to get the sealant covering the driveway well, but not so much as to create puddles that aren’t absorbed. I made sure there was no rain in the forecast for a couple of days. Initially, I did half of the driveway first and the first day that it rained the difference on the two sides was very noticeable. Water on the coated side was beading and running off and on the other side it was being absorbed into the concrete. This is a great looking foosball table and I know we will enjoy playing on it. There were a couple of issues with the condition of the table we discovered during assembly. Luckily, they weren’t big enough issues to send it back because putting the table together was very labor intensive and once you start you certainly don’t want to have to disassemble it! It took my husband and me three hours to assemble it from start to finish. There is a marred spot on the white lines on the green playing surface and one of the “wood” leg covers has a crack - that fortunately only shows on the inside of the table legs.. Cindy.
