So disappointed! We were so excited when our set arrived but quickly found that the chairs alone were too difficult and time-consuming to put together. We worked for several hours on those, but finally gave up because the screw holes didn't all match up, and the hard metal frame seemed warped and couldn't be straightened, which made it impossible to pull together for fastening and securing in certain corners. When you get to the part where you attach an inner ring to the outer legs, we used the large box it came in to hold it in place by placing it under the metal pieces- which balanced it and held it in place while you screw in place.. It’s a great product. Just a couple of minor issues. First one of the captains chairs was chipped. The second issue was the hardware. The bolts should have been sized better. And they should have been plated black like the bolts on the assembled captain’s chairs. That way you wouldn’t need the brown plastic nut covers. Last thing is a recommendation. Most of the sofa pieces are already put together and then there are connecter pieces that you put on the bottom to hold it all together that were a little bit of a struggle which is why I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5, but nothing the average person can’t figure out. Directions very easy. & all tools needed are included. So simplified. I did not put my coffee table together as I bought a Firepit so I cannot speak on the difficulty of putting together table. I am a woman who typically has my husband do these type of jobs but ladies this isn't one to be afraid to tackle on your own and men if your wives ask have no fears & don’t procrastinate it will be very very easy especially for someone who is used to putting things together..
