I had to explain what a self locking nut was and that he needed either a socket or wrench to tighten the screw to the nut. After a brief demonstration, he nailed it. So disappointed! We were so excited when our set arrived but quickly found that the chairs alone were too difficult and time-consuming to put together. We worked for several hours on those, but finally gave up because the screw holes didn't all match up, and the hard metal frame seemed warped and couldn't be straightened, which made it impossible to pull together for fastening and securing in certain corners.
