This set has been a problem since I received it! Assembly is extremely time-consuming and the instructions are not clear. I had to step away several times and now that I finally had time to complete the assembly I am in need of three damaged hardware parts. I contacted Wayfair for replacement parts but because I am outside of the 30-day window I was told there is nothing that can be done!! Wayfair has horrible customer service and I want everyone to know about it! The parts I need cannot be purchased at a hardware store so now I have a 1,300 item that is completely useless! This frame seems extremely sturdy. It took me about two hours to unboxed and put together both chairs. The instructions could be better, and I did use my own tool when attaching the chair to the swivel base. I was a bit disappointed in the cushions, even after they fluff up they still don’t have very much in them. I do like the fact that you can unzip the cover and put them in the wash when necessary.. I’m really happy with this purchase overall. It arrived quickly, which was a great start, and everything was packaged securely so there was no damage during shipping. Assembly was a bit of a mixed experience. The first one I put together was the most challenging and took some extra time to figure out. In terms of quality, I’m impressed. It feels durable, stable, and looks great once set up. It seems like it will hold up nicely through regular use, which is exactly what I was hoping for.
