We absolutely love this faucet!! Ours was an open box so the only weird thing is the water stream can occasionally separate slightly. Great packaging and arrived earlier than expected. This wine refrigerator was easy to install and looks great. The wood shelves are great quality and I like the stainless steel front. I was able to store standard Bordeaux bottles as well as Pinot Noir bottles. I also like the flexibility of being able to remove a shelf if I have even broaderwider bottles.
