I’ve got a fairly long and steep concrete driveway that is starting to show its age a little bit. There has been some minor cracking from the freeze-thaw cycle each winter. I decided to try the Armour SX5000 water-based sealant to see if it would improve the situation. I have delayed writing this review for a bit as I wanted to driveway to go through at least one winter season. I first pressure washed the entire driveway surface which is pretty time consuming. I then applied the Armour sealant with a manual pump sprayer. This part went fairly quickly. The trick is to get the sealant covering the driveway well, but not so much as to create puddles that aren’t absorbed. I made sure there was no rain in the forecast for a couple of days. Initially, I did half of the driveway first and the first day that it rained the difference on the two sides was very noticeable. Water on the coated side was beading and running off and on the other side it was being absorbed into the concrete. Overall this is a very nicely built unit. Heavy duty, all metal construction in the body, spring, and sprayer handle. The on-off handle is easy to use and adjust, and operates smoothly. The hardware and hoses included seem to be nice quality, although I hate when companies use metric on one end (the faucet end) and SAE on the other end (the water line hookup). My only critiques are the following: The sprayer button was NOT intuitive and while it appears to push IN, flicks up/down to change between sprayer modes. The other is that the spring is extremely stiff and therefore doesn't allow the nozzle to go much lower than the holder. The image of the brushed stainless makes the faucet appear much darker than it really is. The photo I posted is of the brushed finish in an IKEA DOMSJO double basin sink. You will also notice the handle is at a 45° angle. I had to install this way because at full-cold the handle hit my backsplash. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my Bosch Benchmark dishwasher for a week now. And I'm quite annoyed that after it finishes, the light turns off and there is no indication that the wash completed successfully. Yes, I know I can check the app to confirm, but this is annoying to have to reach for my phone when my previous dishwasher simply had an LED that stayed lit to confirm the wash completed properly. Every day I use the dishwasher I'm reminded that Bosch would somehow rather save a tiny tiny amount of energy to shut the dishwasher totally off than leave a little LED lit to confirm that the wash completed. I have kids, and they need to know whether the dishes in the dishwasher are clean or dirty. Without this signal, it makes this harder than it should be. I'm all for saving energy and saving the planet, but not having a "successful completion LED" was a bad engineering decision. Next time, I will be more careful to buy a dishwasher with that feature..
