I’ve got a fairly long and steep concrete driveway that is starting to show its age a little bit. There has been some minor cracking from the freeze-thaw cycle each winter. I decided to try the Armour SX5000 water-based sealant to see if it would improve the situation. I have delayed writing this review for a bit as I wanted to driveway to go through at least one winter season. I first pressure washed the entire driveway surface which is pretty time consuming. I then applied the Armour sealant with a manual pump sprayer. This part went fairly quickly. The trick is to get the sealant covering the driveway well, but not so much as to create puddles that aren’t absorbed. I made sure there was no rain in the forecast for a couple of days. Initially, I did half of the driveway first and the first day that it rained the difference on the two sides was very noticeable. Water on the coated side was beading and running off and on the other side it was being absorbed into the concrete. This faucet was a splurge for my new laundry room. I needed a wall mounted faucet with a sprayer to use in a utility sink that will also be used to wash my little dogs when needed. This was the perfect find. It was my first Kingston Brass purchase and I'm super impressed with the quality of the workmanship and material on these faucets. They are super heavy and the brushed brass finish is beautiful. Sprayer and faucet all seem well made. We have not installed it yet - so can't speak to ease of installation but instructions seemed pretty detailed. The company sells matching drains which I bought separately for our farmsink.
