Bought this several months ago. Although I sent the link with specs and installation instructions to the builder's subcontractor, he installed the grill on wood supports which is combustible. Of course, the builder blamed us for not buying via his subcontractor (which would have been much more expensive). After the subcontractor made a steel box with cement board to address the combustion issue, we discover he didn't allow room to pull the grease pans out. I love, love, love the sink. Originally we had a cast-iron sink that the finish was worn off of. We tried cleaning it, but this did not help even bleach did not take the stains off of the material. So we decided to put in a new sink unfortunately the sink was very large 42 to 43 inches wide so we are limited on what we could put in there. We found the sink on Wayfair. It was 42 inches wide by 22 inches. We decided to try it when the sink arrived. We looked at it and thought “oh no it’s not gonna fit” but when the plumber came, he was able to get it in and it perfectly fits. This is one of the best upgrades that we’ve done in our house. We’ve had it in for about six months and there are not any scratches or anything like that on it. The cutting board stores easily near the sink. It’s easy to clean and maintain and our whole family loves the upgraded look of the kitchen since putting in the new sink and faucet. I replaced my 20 year old grill with this Napoleon 700 series grill. The technology on this grill has come a long way compared to my old grill. Cooks great, doesn’t flare up like my old grill. It has an insulated hood that keeps a consistent temperature. I used the rotisserie for the first time this weekend and it worked great. I couldn’t believe how quiet it was. With the back infrared burner it cooked very evenly. The lights on the grill work great for cooking at night and they look pretty cool too. The lid is double lined for superb heat retention and has a temperature gauge on front. The main cooking area measures 38 x 18 inches, and consists of 8mm stainless steel cooking grids. A stainless steel warming rack is also standard. Beneath the cooking surface are 6 double layered stainless steel Heatwave flame tamers that provide even heat distribution and protect the 6 tubular stainless steel high-efficiency 12,000 BTU burners that sit below them. In the rear of the grill is a ceramic infrared burner for the included heavy duty rotisserie kit. The interior of the grill is lit by dual halogen lights, perfect for cooking after dark. The front control panel houses the control knobs, lit by blue LED light, the electronic ignition switch, and a bottle opener for having a drink while tending the grill. The pull-out grease tray makes cleaning up after an afternoon of barbecuing a snap. An all-weather cover is included to protect the grill from the outdoor elements when not in use. The grill comes with a propane hose and regulator, but can be converted to natural gas in under 30 minutes with the optional natural gas conversion kit, sold separately.
