I did have one quick question about the setup, and their customer service team (contact info was right on the manual) was incredibly professional and friendly. Its rare to get a real human who actually knows the product! The build quality is top-notch—it feels heavy-duty and has that high-end outdoor kitchen look. One of the biggest selling points for me was the versatility. It’s set up for LPG, but I wanted to hook it up to my home’s gas line. I just bought the Natural Gas conversion kit from the same store, and it made the switch super easy. The cooking surface is massive (871 sq. in. is no joke), and the heat distribution is very even. Easy to install, product is intuitive, and lighting on knobs/under unit are awesome. One element that is lacking is the back hi g design. This unit is designed to be built in, and as such costs 4x what a normal Blackstone unit does. The hinge configuration creates a gap on the back edge which is not an ideal transition to your top. It's hard to find a replacement for a gas downdraft cooktop, but this one is great! Burners are stronger than previous cooktop (not GE). Downdraft works much better, doesn't pull flames from burners.
