Delivery was fast. It came in great condition installation was simple. Just a few things to think about. Because this has a shine and because of the gold plating I noticed hard water stains on the drain so if you are a stickler for these types of issues this is something to think about. Connected to wi-fi - just haven't used that yet. Two small issues - (1) our lint sensor is crazy sensitive. Just had the ducts cleaned yet it constantly gives us a warning that our ducts are almost blocked. (2) the vent in the back started rusting within 3 months!!!
