This is a safe machine with a clean design. My one cat took to it on day 2 and my other cat I had to place in the litter box for a week but now uses it without any trouble. The app is great. The wheels were not allowed while traveling but were handy once the crate was disassembled to make it easier to move around. Improvements: - The area where the wheels attach got pretty beat up, would be nice if there was something else to put on top while not using the wheels. - the handles on top are plastic, and although they should be used just to move the top of the crate, one was missing when I returned back to Texas.
