The wood is strong enough for indoor but I don’t think it would last long outside in the elements. I didn’t use the roofing material that came with it since I have it inside the house. Differences in temperature and humidity may impact the suction cup's flexibility, leading to the formation of air bubbles and which can lead to a potential detachment from the surface. Make sure to test the system often and clean both the surface and suction cups whenever needed.
