Wasn’t hard to build if you have any knowledge of cabinet construction. Generally looks nicer than comparable units because of the raised face door and drawers. This is a beautiful crate. Perfect size for my 15 pound dog. It's obviously so much nicer than a traditional metal crate. Update…Wayfair went above and beyond to correct this. They sent me an entire new one since the company hadn’t responded. We love this!! First and second one came broke …Sad that this came broken and have yet to receive a replacement part. Hoping it comes soon it’s been a long wait and still no ETA on when it may be shipped or arrive here. Hoping Wayfair can help since feel like I haven’t gotten anywhere with the manufacturer. The product itself is great. It's exactly what I needed for my anxious dog. I purchased from Wayfair because of shipping options. I didn't want the product damaged during shipping. When the package arrived it was beat up. We had to repair ons of the latches. Purchasing from Wayfair was more expensive and I was disappointed in not only the state of the box but the communication from Wayfair. I will be avoiding purchasing anything from them in the future.
