It took less than 30 minutes to build and it is solid, which is great because our dog is an escape artist! I was a little worried by the 1 star and 2 star reviews about the latching hardware not being good. PLEASE IGNORE THOSE! It is obvious that they missed an important step in the instructions regarding spring loaded latches for the inside of the left front gate. My large-breed dog fits comfortably inside, and the crate feels solid and well-built for everyday use. I was surprised that this pen was so large. I have little wiener dogs that like to be outside with me while I’m there. I got one of the largest pens which I could make a large rectangle shaped pen. It came in 2 boxes so that they would have lots of room. The backyard is completely fenced so I wanted the rectangular for the front. One box is plenty and I can use the 2nd set of panels for the other side of the yard. The panels seem sturdy and high enough for these smaller dogs. The only thing I have some concern with are the latches on the gates. They are quite small and I hope they are strong enough to hold the doors shut. There are 2 latches on each door.. Patty. US. The product itself is great. It's exactly what I needed for my anxious dog. I purchased from Wayfair because of shipping options. I didn't want the product damaged during shipping. When the package arrived it was beat up. We had to repair ons of the latches. Purchasing from Wayfair was more expensive and I was disappointed in not only the state of the box but the communication from Wayfair. I will be avoiding purchasing anything from them in the future.
