This arrived in just a few days and was packaged well. You do have to do a little assembly, but it wasn't difficult and we had it finished in just a few minutes. The color is nice - a little more orange than we expected, but it's a pet bed, so no big deal. We purchased for our cats, and it will hold two of them nicely and so far they seem to love it. One thing to know - be careful if you use a knife or sharp instrument to open the tape on the top of the box since the sofa material is directly below it and you could easily cut it if you push too hard with the knife..
