I loved this stroller! My dog loved this stroller! Her back went out on her and with her age (13) I needed to find an option to get her out. She absolutely loved getting out for rides. People would stop us and comment on how happy she looked. Today, the front wheel fell off on our walk. It looks like it wasn’t attached well because the break looks odd. I haven’t even had the stroller for a year. Not sure what can be done by you or if I need go to Pet Gear. I appreciate any help you can provide. I’ve attached pictures. This is the Extra Extra Large size It’s very secure once assembled with the bolts and wingnuts, and clamps, that enclose the perimeter of the crate. The wheels were not allowed while traveling but were handy once the crate was disassembled to make it easier to move around. Improvements: - The area where the wheels attach got pretty beat up, would be nice if there was something else to put on top while not using the wheels. - the handles on top are plastic, and although they should be used just to move the top of the crate, one was missing when I returned back to Texas. This carrier was a life saver when I was moving with 2 very skittish cats.
