I loved this stroller! My dog loved this stroller! Her back went out on her and with her age (13) I needed to find an option to get her out. She absolutely loved getting out for rides. People would stop us and comment on how happy she looked. Today, the front wheel fell off on our walk. It looks like it wasn’t attached well because the break looks odd. I haven’t even had the stroller for a year. Not sure what can be done by you or if I need go to Pet Gear. I appreciate any help you can provide. I’ve attached pictures. I tried over 12 cat carriers and returned them all for lots of reasons, but this one met all my specifications. I have 2 10 year old, rather hefty cats that have never left the house. While this seems well constructed for having just received it yesterday and not yet using it. My cats were both exploring inside which was reassuring to me. Not pictured is the floor mat within, though I am still getting a crate pad or something because there is no cushion. This was easy to setup and seems it will be easy to break down for storage. HOWEVER... while the item is in new condition, I was sent a returned product and paid full price instead of out of the box price. In my photos I'm including the printed email return form that was included within the bottom of the fully enclosed box. I am not James and this order was placed May 19 not May 11, James paid $125.99 and I paid $122.33 at what was listed as NEW and not out of box. There was also no printed assembly instruction within, which yay for trees, but just provides further proof that I was sent a returned out of box item. My order ends in 715, James order ends in 605. I don't have the time window to return it for my needs and that's just bad for the environment, but Wayfair should make this right.
